NIRVANA

“I searched for God and found myself.I searched for myself and found only God”.

There are unborn twins floated in the warmth of their mother’s womb, their tiny world is the only reality they had ever known. As they grew, they often spoke to each other about their existence.

“Do you believe in life after delivery?” one twin asked.

“Of course,” the other replied. “There has to be something beyond this. Maybe we’re here to prepare for what comes next.”

“Nonsense,” the first twin scoffed. “There’s no life after delivery. What kind of life would that even be?”

“I don’t know for sure,” the second twin admitted, “but I imagine there will be more light than here. Maybe we’ll walk with our legs and eat with our mouths. Maybe we’ll even have new senses we can’t understand yet.”

“That’s ridiculous,” the first twin argued. “Walking is impossible. Eating with our mouths? Absurd! We get everything we need from the umbilical cord, and it’s far too short for anything beyond this place. Life after delivery is logically impossible.”

The second twin paused, then said, “But what if it’s just different from what we know now? Maybe we won’t need the umbilical cord anymore.”

The first twin frowned. “Even if there were life after delivery, no one has ever come back from it. Once we leave, there’s nothing but darkness, silence, and oblivion. It takes us nowhere.”

The second twin smiled. “I believe we will meet Mother, and she will take care of us.”

“Mother?” The first twin scoffed. “You actually believe in a mother? If she exists, where is she now?”

“She is all around us,” the second twin said gently. “We live in her, and without her, this world wouldn’t and couldn’t exist.”

“I don’t see her,” the first twin replied. “It’s only logical that she isn’t real.”

“Sometimes,” the second twin said, “when we are silent and really listen, we can feel her presence. And if we open our hearts, we can even hear her loving voice calling down from above.”
