From the moment we take our first breath, to the moment we take our last and all the time in between is called LIFE. Everyone has a different and unique prospect about life according to their experience and the way they were brought up. It’s fast, short and unstoppable for some and yet others live a slow, simple and steady life. A thought ponders in my mind; do we really live our lives to the fullest of its capability? Real answer in my opinion is No. Breathing is not a determining factor of living life. Being rich doesn’t mean you are happy or being poor doesn’t mean that you are not enjoying your life. This reminds me of a joke I recently heard. It seems to be fitting for what we are discussing here. “An old guy asked a young lady to go out .she said umm… you are old, your head is full of grey hair. The old man replied,” If there is snow on top of the roof it doesn’t mean that there is no heat in the house”. Its funny how we judge before exploring.;)
” MOST OF US WANT TO BE RICH, PRETTY AND FAMOUS BUT HOW MANY OF US WANT TO BE JUST HAPPY ? “
The truth is every one is going to die but not every one is going to live. Living is a choice we all have to make. Life doesn’t come with a manual that we get to read. We have to write our own. Our creator created us individually and artistically. He gave us some codes of living and some paths to follow. If we obey those codes and don’t stray from the path we will enjoy each and every moment of life and all the little adventures along the way.My grandpa told me an interesting analogy about cars and life. I never forgot how this comparison can relates to us. “When we buy a car, the manufacturer gives us a warranty and a manual on how to operate and maintain the motor. It includes directions on what kind of gasoline and engine oil we must use. It also provides some scheduled maintenance in order to maintain the vehicle to run smoothly for longer. These are some brief and important pieces of information provided to us upon purchase.” If we don’t follow these rules, it is 100 percent our own choice. The manufacture is not liable for any damages because they have already handed us a written warning with complete directions.
“THE TWO MOST IMPORTANT DAYS IN YOUR LIFE ARE THE DAY YOU ARE BORN,AND THE DAY YOU FIND OUT WHY? ” MARK TWAIN
God created us very artistically. Each and every one of us is God’s masterpiece. God created us; he knows what is good and bad for us. God sent us a book and guidelines how to live in this world happily. He clearly told us what the consequences would be if we stray from the path. Can we still blame God when life takes a turn? Absolutely Not! Life cannot just be about giving birth, getting educated, getting a job, getting married, buying a house, having kids, getting old and Dying. Is that what we are put on this earth for? Animals seem to have a similar life cycle. Are all of our efforts through out our lives to be wasted and just end by becoming a part of a shallow grave?People say everything is destined and written. If everything is written then why did God teach us how to pray? And why do we bribe him by giving charity with an expectation of getting more in return? Every action has a reaction. God is able to change our life in a blink of an eye. A millionaire can turn into a beggar and a beggar can be a king within a blink of an eye. Have faith in him.
“MIRACLES HAPPEN TO THOSE WHO BELIEVE IN THEM “
We read hundreds of books but we never have a chance to read our own self. We must all discover ourselves to find out what we want and give ourselves time to grow as individuals.
There’s a saying “IF YOU DONT KNOW YOURSELF THEN WHAT DO YOU KNOW ?”
As I say each and every one of us is God’s masterpiece. We all have a purpose in life. The day we will find our purpose our life become meaningful .Its like the story of cat and rat … cat has a need that’s why it chases to catch the rat and rat runs to save its life. The purpose is more important than the actual need. When we do something against our desire that’s the time we become above the crowd. Imagine if Buddha, who was a prince, hadn’t left his kingdom his name wouldn’t be alive until now, he wouldn’t have billions of followers .No one know his dad’s name but his name will always be heard until the end of time. Everyone knows who Socrates is but no one know the names of jury members who sentenced him to death. We have to know how to sacrifice to become above the crowd.
The Bible says, “DO FOR OTHERS MORE THAN YOU DO FOR YOURSELF “
When we pray for others then we don’t have to pray for ourselves. Isn’t it incredible? We don’t have to be rich or special to do something for others. Every moment counts. Even when we pick up a little piece of garbage from the ground, it is a form of contribution to this planet. Giving someone good advice is a charity. Treating others with good manners is a form of inner beauty. Do anything with a good intention make you feel good.
“LIFE DOESNT COMPROMISE WITH US WE HAVE TO COMPROMISE WITH LIFE “
1. Don’t be the first to end the relation …Let other person decide. God never breaks relationship with people; we are the ones who decide to leave.
2. God gave us 2 ears and one tongue. so Listen more, We build a bridge between people when we listen to them .
3. Nobody can guard your secrets better than you,if you can’t not hide them, nobody will .
4. If someone wants to leave you, let them go. If they ever come back to you don’t close the door on them.
5. Don’t disrespect anyone you will never look good by trying to make someone look bad.
6. Say thanks to God more often than complaining to him. If you don’t have faith then you have nothing.
7. Give to others, big or small even a penny goes a long way. Greed and happiness cannot live together.
Follow these rules above and you will always find peace and happiness.

I LOVE this post. It seems lately a number of people are talking about this very topic of humanity and compassion. I’m finally reading Dale Carnegie’s book How to Win Friends and Influence People and many of the items on your list closely relate to some of the principles in the book. Giving from the heart, being kind to others not only makes the other person feel good but it’s rewarding for us as well.

Good Post on finding Peace and Happiness.
The problem is, why this finding is necessary.
I feel because we do not want to know what is Peace and Happiness.
What do you feel ?

We all seem to reach that point in time where we contemplate living and what that means. Thank you for reading my words as well.

It might be a slightly morbid quote given the overall mood of the post, but I kept thinking of it as I read. “Life you may evade, but Death you shall not.” – T.S. Eliot

Every week or so I come back to this post of yours and re-read it… and it helps me so much. Today this really stuck with me: ““MIRACLES HAPPEN TO THOSE WHO BELIEVE IN THEM” I so needed to hear that… I am struggling with believing and yet know the power of god. I believe in miracles – but only that they truly do happen to those who believe.
Thank you.

Prophet said ..whenever you find yourself in yourself in trouble ‘do tarde with God ..people asked how we can trade with God ?
He replied .give some charity .
They asked what about if we don’t have anything to spend ?
He replied
Give even one penny or piece of bread and you will see the change

As you can see, many have benefited from your words of encouragement. Being true to oneself, opening one’s eyes to a world filled with opportunity to develop a sense of full being is just the start in searching out life. Discovering one’s PASSIONS and PURPOSES add meaning and direction maximizing the joy and fulfillment one can experience. This posting will help people focus on these ideas when they are ready to discover all life has to offer. Well Done!

Good post. The verse about us being God’s masterpiece (in Ephesians) is one of my favorites. There is much in life (if we open our eyes) for which to be grateful.
